    At Ibaazari, we strive to provide premium quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

    Returns
    You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

    • All original tags and packaging must be intact

    • A valid proof of purchase is required

    Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

    Return Condition
    Items must be in unused and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

    Customers are allowed to try the product for fit and comfort. However, the item should not be worn for extended use, washed, or damaged.

    Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use such as stains, perfume smell, washing, or any alteration.

    Size Issue Returns
    If you have ordered the wrong size by mistake (for example, selecting M instead of XL), you can still request a return or exchange. The item must meet all return conditions mentioned above and should be unused, with tags intact.

    Return Process
    To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Once your request is approved, return instructions will be shared.

    Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    Shipping Charges

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

    • In case of size issues or customer-initiated returns, return shipping charges will be shared. One side of the delivery cost will be borne by the customer, and the other side will be covered by us

    Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

    • Customized or made-to-order products

    Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
