Return Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective covers intact.
- Items that are washed, worn, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Exchange Process
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Once we receive your original item and verify its condition, we will ship the replacement item to you.
How to initiate a Return?
Follow these simple steps to return your order:

- Provide a reason for the return and attach photos if the item is damaged.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 24-48 hours.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided by our support team.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
