Return Eligibility

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective covers intact.
• Items that are washed, worn, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Exchange Process

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Once we receive your original item and verify its condition, we will ship the replacement item to you.

How to initiate a Return?

Follow these simple steps to return your order:

• Provide a reason for the return and attach photos if the item is damaged.
• Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 24-48 hours.
• Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided by our support team.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
